Participation and course materials
Thursday 29th February:
Welcome refreshments
Dinner at a local restaurant in Sitges
Friday 1st March:
Morning and afternoon coffee/refreshment breaks
Lunch provided by the hotel, MIM Sitges

Flights/travel to and from Barcelona/Sitges, including transfers to venue hotel
Airport taxes and/or travel insurance
Accommodation and breakfast at the venue hotel or hotel of choice (this is to be booked and paid for, by the participant)
Alcoholic drinks

The workshop begins at 15:00 on Friday 29th February and ends 17:00 Friday 1st March. Please keep these dates and times in mind when making travel arrangements and booking accommodation
To secure your place at the workshop, you need to
1) Complete the online registration form, and
2) Pay in full within 14 days of receiving the invoice
When booking flights to Barcelona and accommodation, please wait until you have received from us your confirmed place at the workshop and receipt of payment, before moving ahead to make flight and accommodation arrangements.

If you need to cancel your attendance at the workshop for any reason our refund policy is as below:
70% of the registration fee if cancelled by 15th December, 2023
50% of registration fee if cancelled by 19th January, 2024
No refund if canceled after the 19th January, 2024
Please note, our cancellation policy is firm and applies to all circumstances. This includes, but is not restricted to, situations such as flight cancellations/delays; personal emergencies; and adverse weather conditions. We strongly advise considering the purchase of Travel Protection Insurance.
If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason you will receive a full refund of the registration cost. In the event of the workshop being cancelled we are not liable/will not refund any travel costs incurred including flights and accommodation costs.
