Today’s educational environment requires teams and all stakeholders to successfully collaborate together to achieve their ultimate goal, that of positively impacting the learning of students. Developing collaborative working cultures requires raising our awareness to understand and consciously work with complex relationship team dynamics.

If you are an educator that leads or collaborates with teams in the school setting and are seeking to cultivate a culture of team collaboration and team effectiveness, this workshop is for you. During this hands-on experiential workshop, we will dive deep into the complexities of team dynamics, providing those that lead and/or collaborate with teams, with practical tools to understand and work with these complexities.

Identify sources of unhelpful team behaviours and how this impacts the team
How to constructively address conflict in a team
Develop productive communication patterns
Unpack existing team practices that support or hinder collaboration in the team you lead or collaborate with
Acquire tools to build psychological safety in the team, in order to cultivate a culture of team collaboration, innovation, and well-being
Team coaching tools to support team conversations
Enhance your awareness and understanding of the “team as a system”
A research based model that underpins the principles inherent in team dynamics

The Workshop Venue: MIM Sitges Hotel and Spa
The workshop will be held in the conference room at Hotel MIM Sitges. Nestled in the heart of Sitges, located 50 meters from the beach, the hotel stands as a peaceful oasis in the vibrant downtown area of Sitges.

The workshop begins at 15:00 on Thursday 29th February, 2024 and ends 17:00 Friday 1st March, 2024. Please keep these dates and times in mind when making travel arrangements and booking accommodation
To secure your place at the workshop, you need to
1) Complete the online registration form, and
2) Pay in full within 14 days of receiving the invoice
When booking flights to Barcelona and accommodation, please wait until you have received from us confirmation of payment received and your confirmed place at the workshop, before moving ahead to make flight and accommodation arrangements.

If you need to cancel your attendance at the workshop for any reason our refund policy is as below:
70% of the registration fee if cancelled by 15th December, 2023
50% of registration fee if cancelled by 19th January, 2024
No refund if canceled after the 19th January, 2024
Please note, our cancellation policy is firm and applies to all circumstances. This includes, but is not restricted to, situations such as flight cancellations/delays; personal emergencies; and adverse weather conditions. We strongly advise considering the purchase of Travel Protection Insurance.
If we have to cancel the workshop for any reason you will receive a full refund of the registration cost. In the event of the workshop being cancelled we are not liable and are unable to refund any travel costs incurred including flights and accommodation costs.

Eva Fernández
As a Leadership and Team coach, Eva partners with leaders and organisations within the public and private sectors to help them develop team leadership, team effectiveness, and intentionally design their collaboration. She is a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC); Certified in Organisation & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC©) by CRR Global; and Leadership Circle Certified.
